It is important to note that this application is not intended to serve as the sole source of emergency alerts. Due to potential technical limitations—such as power outages affecting cell towers, variations in mobile signal strength, and internet disruptions—the agency cannot guarantee that notifications will be delivered consistently and in real time.

User permissions are optional and will be requested as necessary for optimal functionality. No permissions will be granted without explicit user authorization. For an enhanced experience, users are encouraged to enable access to the following services:

 <li>Location Services: Utilized by the "Weather" and "Where Am I?" features to determine the user's current location.</li>
 <li>Push Notifications: Employed by the "Emergency Alerts" feature to inform users of imminent threats and essential emergency information.</li>
 <li>Photos and Camera: Required by the "Damage Reports" feature for users to submit photographic evidence to the EMA.</li>
